Co.Design4All – Individual User Terms

1. Who We Are

Codesign 4 All Pty Ltd is an Australian-based provider of online educational and engagement content and tools. We are headquartered in Queensland and comply with relevant Australian Consumer Law (ACL), the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and Queensland legislation.

2. Eligibility

To use the Co.Design4All Services, you must:

– Be over 18 years of age (or the age of legal capacity in your state or territory).
– Use the Services solely for your own personal and non-commercial educational purposes.
– Not be prohibited from using the Services under any applicable Australian law.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Continued use following updates means you accept the revised Terms.

4. Registration and Security

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Do not share your account with others. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us at: hello@codesign4all.com.

5. Your Privacy

We collect limited personal information and use it in accordance with our Privacy Policy at www.codesign4all.com. We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (e.g. health, financial or biometric data). Do not upload such information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform is owned or licensed by Codesign 4 All Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, share, adapt or resell any content unless we expressly allow it. You retain rights to your personal data and any user-generated content.

7. Fair Use

You must not:

– Use the platform to violate laws.
– Copy, share or misuse content.
– Attempt to reverse engineer or damage the platform.
– Use the content in your own business or training programs.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are intended for educational support only. They are not formal training, professional advice, or a substitute for legal, clinical, or technical consultation. While we make efforts to ensure quality, we do not guarantee content accuracy, relevance, or completeness.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to certain guarantees, including that our Services will be provided with due care and skill. If we fail to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to remedies under the ACL.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

– You breach these Terms.
– We are required to by law.
– You misuse the platform.

You may terminate your use at any time by ceasing use of the Services. Your content and account may be deleted after termination.

11. Feedback

We may use suggestions or feedback you provide to improve the platform. You grant us a royalty-free licence to use your feedback without obligation to compensate you.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

– We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
– Our maximum liability for a claim is the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.
– This does not limit your rights under the ACL.
